SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from the United States and currently offer domestic shipping within the US.

PROCESSING TIMES:
- Print-on-Demand Items (Mugs, Tote Bags, Custom Products): 5-10 business days to produce, then shipped
- Vintage & Thrifted Items (Barbies, High Cutters Club, Home Decor): 1-3 business days to ship

SHIPPING TIMES:
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the US depending on your location. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

TRACKING:
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at manager@simpleabundance.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
